Hopefully one day it will be returned to its former glory..such an iconic building on the Paris skyline.

Interestingly, cathedrals in France are owned by the state and not the church. This might mean a quicker restoration than if the church owned it. Or not.

I was lucky enough to go to a concert there a couple of years ago. It was an amazing experience. I’m so glad they saved the magnificent organ.

I’ve been to France too, years ago. I got to go inside Notre Dame, and I remember being overwhelmed.
