I’ve just come back from a holiday in France where I visited some places I’d not heard of before. Here are some of the photos I took of these places. They are lovely towns no one knows about.
Kortrijk
Tourcoing
Monlucon
Mortagne-au Perche
I think France is a beautiful country and it has some hidden gems as these photos prove.

There are some lovely small towns and villages in France, and the countryside is so varied. They have plains, areas of rugged coast, mountains, long sandy beaches with surf for those who like surfing, and the Mediterranean coast for those who like lying in the sun, or snorkelling. Then there are the historical places. Rome left a lot of interesting things to see. I love the country.

English is not my mother tongue, so I keep making mistakes like this, I hope that you will not pay attention to such mistakes.

There are some lovely little places in France that seem to be little changed from the middle ages.

I was there only once, and that was more than forty years ago, but your photographs brought back memories. It’s a very beautiful country and I especially loved the small towns and rural areas.
