I couldn’t find a link, Vivienne, but the subject of the article doesn’t surprise me. It took some depraved minds to beat, torture, murder, rape (men, women, and children) and otherwise brutalize human beings. Mental illness might have been the reason in some rare cases, but otherwise… it was pure evil.
